Job summary

Oxalis Solutions LLC seeks a Solutions Consultant, Technology Delivery to help clients untangle ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps into a cohesive operating model. You will advise on processes, design tailored solutions, and support integrations across complex environments.

You will engage stakeholders, lead requirements gathering, and participate in full lifecycle delivery from scoping to post-implementation support. Strong communication and client-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Customer consulting on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models.
Process and systems analysis to identify gaps and prioritize improvements.
Solution design and integration support across complex environments.
Stakeholder communication and presenting recommendations to diverse audiences.
Full solution lifecycle involvement from scoping to post-implementation support.
Requirements gathering and configuration assistance for business systems.
Training and change management for rollout of new processes and tools.
Collaboration with account leaders and sales to identify new opportunities and showcase Oxalis’ capabilities.
