Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP certification or DHS mid-level PM certification preferred.
• Experience in federal government or defense/homeland security projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management, strategic planning, and business transformation projects.
• Coordinate integrated project teams and track performance against plans.
• Prepare briefs, documentation, reports, and analyses for federal programs.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, trackers, and reports.
• Provide guidance for executive-level projects and process improvements.
• Support risk management and cost/schedule/benefit analyses.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
