Job summary

Qualifications

• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and enterprise mobile devices (iPhone/iPad).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize high-volume queues and meet SLA targets.
• Ability to work autonomously within a distributed virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid-response IT support to the Admiral and executive staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and remediate problems on unclassified workstations and peripherals.
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) and secure communications.
• Isolate complex issues and escalate to SIPR Helpdesk Lead as needed.
• Install and support Microsoft 365 apps, Adobe Acrobat, and core webmail.
• Use ADUC to administer user accounts, permissions, and groups.
