Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to support IT infrastructure and virtualization, AD, Office 365, MDM, Intune, and Citrix Workspace across on-prem and cloud. You will act as the IT site SPOC, manage vendor relationships, collaborate with offshore teams, and support VIP users including onboarding/offboarding.

Strong communication and cloud experience (AWS/Azure) are essential; a Bachelor's degree in IT with 5–7 years of experience is

Competenze

Superior verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and virtualization or MS Azure.
Experience managing Citrix, Active Directory, Office 365 and MDM solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT with 5–7 years industry experience.
Cloud certifications a plus.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile setup.

Mansioni

Serve as IT site SPOC, coordinating with OEM vendors to stand up and manage a new site.
Provide VIP user support and daily IT operations, including onboarding/offboarding and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with offshore support teams to deliver IT services.
Maintain and operate IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Utilize ITSM processes to run daily operations.
