Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Desktop Support Systems Analyst to deliver high-touch IT support for employees at Northbrook, with coverage for Downtown Chicago and remote users. You will handle day-to-day issues, executive support, and conference room technology, ensuring smooth productivity and a premium employee experience.

Responsibilities include endpoint management, imaging, device provisioning, and asset lifecycle management, with collaboration across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in enterprise desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience supporting AV and conferencing tools (e.g., Teams Rooms).
• ITIL Foundation certification and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support onsite employees and remote users; manage incidents using an ITSM system.
• Deliver white-glove executive support to leadership and assist meetings.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room tech.
• Deploy, configure, and manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Track and manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle; support audits.
