The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT support, 3+ years supporting executives in VIP environments, and strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT support, end-user computing, or service delivery.
• 3+ years supporting executives, VIPs, or senior leadership in a white-glove environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows 11 experience.
• Experience supporting Apple devices and mobile technology.
• Knowledge of identity, MFA, device enrolment, and modern device management.
• Experience supporting meeting rooms, AV, video conferencing, and executive events.
• Strong ITSM experience, ideally with ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A professional, discreet, and highly customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on, white‑glove IT support to C-suite executives and their assistants.
• Own incidents from initial contact through to resolution.
• Support board meetings, investor events, leadership meetings, and other critical business activities.
• Provide IT support across the wider NYC headquarters and to remote users.
• Manage executive laptops, mobile devices, hot spares, and hardware replacements.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, identity, MFA, and device management.
• Troubleshoot meeting room, AV, and video conferencing technology.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployments, and office moves.
• Maintain accurate asset records and contribute to service improvement.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and provide occasional after‑hours executive support.
