Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on corporate IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Executive Leadership, VIP users, or other critical users.
• Troubleshooting Windows PCs, laptops, peripherals, and M365 apps.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Outlook in a corporate environment.
• Familiar with ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and directory services.

Responsibilities

• End-User & Corporate Technology Support - provide responsive tech support across Windows/Mac, 365, Intune, and collaboration tools.
• Own incidents from contact to resolution with clear communication and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot issues spanning endpoint, identity, network, and application domains and escalate when needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Endpoint & Technology Lifecycle Management - deploy, refresh, and retire endpoints; manage device configurations with Intune.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset record keeping.
• Projects & Continuous Improvement - participate in IT initiatives and improve support processes and standards.
