Job summary

SWBC seeks an Executive Support Technician in San Antonio to provide advanced technical support for executive leadership and enterprise users. The role spans onsite, remote, corporate, and residential tech, troubleshooting PCs, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and AV systems.

You’ll assist the Desktop Support team with ServiceNow tickets and high-priority escalations. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent training, 3+ years of technical support, and strong skills in

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
Minimum of three years of technical support experience with PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, on-premises/cloud servers, and VMware desktops.

Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues; handle Tier 2 incidents per SLAs.
Configure, install, upgrade, rebuild, and troubleshoot PCs and peripherals.
Install and support mobile devices (phones, tablets, modems).
Design, install, and troubleshoot audio/visual systems for executive spaces.
Install and maintain executive residential technologies and smart home solutions.
Deliver demonstrations and provide end-user training on new tech.
