Qualifications

• Two+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots performance issues and provides Tier II incident support, performing root-cause analysis.
• Maintains uptime, health and efficiency of production server environment; validates monitoring alerts and creates tickets.
• Configures and administers Windows systems using Nutanix and VMware vSphere per standards; performs routine maintenance such as updates and backups.
• Documents system information and trains team members on troubleshooting procedures; participates in on-call rotation after-hours.
