Tri Star West, West Hollywood, CA, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology operations, support executives, and oversee cybersecurity initiatives. The role requires coordinating MSP partners, managing procurement, and delivering secure, scalable IT services across the company and affiliated entities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT operations, hands-on Microsoft 365 expertise, and a track record of project leadership in professional services environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience supporting professional services or multi-entity environments preferred.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows 10/11, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and business applications.
• Experience managing MSPs and cybersecurity vendors.
• Proven ability to lead technology projects and process improvements.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant credentials preferred.
• Ability to lift and move technology equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel between office locations as required.
• Reliable transportation and regular on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of technology operations across the office and affiliates.
• Serve as the primary technology resource for executives, employees, and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-user support services and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and device deployment.
• Administer core technology infrastructure including Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud apps.
• Develop and enforce technology standards, policies, and security practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify technology opportunities and align with business needs.
• Lead relationships with MSPs, cybersecurity firms, and other tech vendors.
