Job summary

Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group seeks an IT Project Manager to lead technology operations for the corporate office and affiliated entities in West Hollywood, CA. You will drive day-to-day IT support, cybersecurity initiatives, and strategic technology projects with MSPs and vendors.

You will collaborate with executives to align technology with business goals, manage budgets and procurements, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including managing technology operations, infrastructure, vendors, and end-user support.
• Experience supporting professional services firms, investment or multi-entity environments preferred.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows 10/11, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of technology operations across the corporate office and affiliated entities.
• Serve as the primary technology resource for executives, employees, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee end-user support services and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and security controls for staff.
• Develop and maintain technology standards, policies, and governance across entities.
• Lead relationships with MSPs, cybersecurity firms, vendors, and telecom providers.
• Coordinate technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and improvements.
