Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience managing technology operations and end-user support.
• Experience supporting multi-entity professional services firms or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of technology operations across the corporate office and affiliated entities.
• Serve as the primary technology resource for executives, employees, and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-user support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, access management, and device provisioning.
• Administer and maintain core technology infrastructure including Microsoft 365 and network systems.
• Develop and enforce technology standards, policies, and governance.
