Qualifications

• 15+ years in program or project management with at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
• Experience managing programs that span multiple countries or regions.
• Advanced certifications (PMP/PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, ITIL) add credibility.
• Executive communication and collaboration with C-level executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management strategies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage a portfolio of programs with prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment to business objectives.
• Adopt and enforce governance processes for program initiation, approval, and monitoring; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management; monitor progress and mitigation.
• Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication across the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track program performance and status.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Hire, mentor, and manage program managers and staff to foster a high-performing culture.
