Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex IT projects for M&A and business transformations.
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, IT strategy and timelines.
• Oversee scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, risks and resources for project success.
• Lead M&A integration programs from due diligence to Day 1 and post-merger optimization.
• Own the program structure, roadmap, milestones, dependencies and delivery governance.
• Coordinate business readiness activities including training and change management.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure delivery and synergy realization.
• Oversee ERP, application and data migrations with data governance.
• Partner with business leaders and IT to remove barriers and drive execution.
