Job summary

Humana seeks an IT integration leader to guide technical due diligence, integration planning, and governance for M&A activities. The role collaborates with corporate development, the IMO, and acquired companies to shape transition services and Day 1 execution.

The position emphasizes strategic IT alignment, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with travel as needed and a remote-first work model within commuting distance of Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience including IT integration, enterprise applications, or architecture.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and strategic investments with attention to platforms, data, cybersecurity, and operating models.
• Develop end-to-end IT integration plans, Day 1 readiness, milestones, and budget considerations.
• Lead governance forums, communicate risk, and drive value realization across Humana and acquired entities.
• Define KPIs and monitor integration progress, ensuring successful synergy realization.
