Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an Executive Support IT Field Technician to deliver high-touch technical support to senior executives across the United States. The role blends advanced troubleshooting with exceptional communication, discretion, and service.

You will travel to multiple locations including executive residences and board meetings, support meetings and events, coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors, and proactively improve the executive technology experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level IT support to executives is preferred.
• Strong communication, discretion, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, high-touch onsite IT support to senior executives across multiple U.S. locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, meeting-room, and other IT issues.
• Serve as liaison between executive users, IT teams, vendors, and service owners to drive issues to resolution.
• Propose and implement technology solutions based on executive needs and business requirements.
• Provide concierge-level technology support for executive meetings, presentations, and high-visibility events.
• Travel to multiple locations to support traveling executives and ensure seamless technology experiences.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with IT stakeholders to develop executive-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and other IT teams on new technologies and enhancements.
