Qualifications

• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support resource for executives and assistants.
• Provide white-glove in-person, remote, and phone support with discretion.
• Maintain ownership of incidents from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize impact on executive meetings and duties.
• Coordinate with multiple technical teams for complex resolutions.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and actions clearly.
