Job summary

Vylor seeks an IT Engineering Lead – Executive Support to deliver a differentiated technology experience for ELT, GLT, and executives. You will lead engineers and contractors, partner with Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to ensure secure, reliable services for meetings, events, and leadership communications.

Travel up to 30-40% is expected; the role is based in SE Pennsylvania/Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
8 to 12 years of experience in Executive Support, End User Computing, Workplace Services, or related disciplines.
3+ years leading support teams, programs, vendors, or service delivery functions.
Experience leading Executive Support, workplace technology, VIP support, or other high‑touch technology service organisations.

Responsibilities

Deliver a highly responsive technology experience for ELT, GLT, and executive stakeholders.
Lead technology readiness and support for Board meetings and leadership events.
Oversee executive endpoint deployment, refresh planning, and security/compliance.
Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards for executive support operations.
