Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated IT support for executives and senior leadership, handling hardware, software, connectivity, and conferencing issues with professionalism.
• Prepare and support senior leadership events, coordinating setup, troubleshooting, and follow-up for conferencing and presentations.
• Research emerging technologies and advise executives on effective usage and security considerations.
