Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Field IT Engineer – Executive Services in Phoenix, AZ to provide high-touch technical support for executive leadership. This role requires expertise in Apple ecosystem support along with proficiency in Windows platforms and enterprise mobility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, manage ServiceNow tickets, and support device lifecycle management. The position is hybrid, allowing for on-site work 4 days a week with one day remote.

Qualifications

• 4 years of end-user support experience specializing in MAC, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on network experience.
• Experience managing end-user support for the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary technical support to end-users and executive staff.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Manage and support Outlook mail clients and Microsoft Collaboration tools.
