Job summary

Fortress Investment Group is seeking an Executive/Desktop Support Associate in New York. The role provides IT support for a floor of employees, including Senior Executives and Assistants, with emphasis on exceptional service, rapid issue resolution, and proactive system optimization.

You will diagnose and resolve desktop, conferencing, and mobility problems, manage ServiceNow tickets, and document actions. On-site/off-site work and occasional on-call rotations are expected in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of desktop level support experience, including executive support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, VPN, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-user requests and incidents in ServiceNow, documenting every step.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on PCs, mobile devices, videoconferencing, apps, network, and servers.
• Escalate problems with detailed logs to appropriate teams and track resolutions.
• Maintain and update system documentation; implement fixes and follow-up actions.
• Support Executives with hardware/software deployments and on-site/off-site configurations.
