Job summary

Sure Secure Solutions, LLC is seeking an Engineering Technician III based in Houston, Texas. This role entails providing technical support for enterprise IT and Audio-Visual systems in conference and collaboration settings.

The successful candidate will install and maintain IT infrastructure while ensuring exceptional customer service to various stakeholders, including VIPs. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with associate degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with high school diploma.
• Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support conference room technology.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in conference rooms.
• Monitor data traffic for reliable service delivery.
• Document findings and resolutions of operational issues.
