You will lead end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications, curate CEO newsletters, manage internal videos, and explore AI-enabled approaches to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience in executive/internal/corporate roles.
• Ability to travel 0-15% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal and external firm priorities into executive communications.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts.
• Align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Own end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications.
• Curate executive newsletter content and maintain tone.
• Manage scripting, recording, post-production, and approvals for internal videos.
• Monitor evolving internal communications landscape and AI tools.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Lead editorial and operational special projects as priorities dictate.
• Support external executive communications as needed.
