Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Specialist Manager, Communications to own strategic internal communications for the US CEO and executive leadership. You will craft and deliver messaging that informs and engages diverse audiences while navigating a matrixed organization with precision and speed.

You will oversee webcasts, newsletters, scripts, and video content, staying ahead of AI-driven trends and platform changes. This role may require occasional extended hours and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience, including executive/internal/corporate communications.
• Ability to travel 0–15%, depending on client work and sectors served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute internal firmwide communications aligned to CEO priorities.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts and related communications.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and priorities.
• Write, edit, and disseminate executive communications capturing CEO voice and priorities.
• Curate executive newsletter content with strong writing and editing.
• Manage scripting, recording, post-production, and approval of internal videos.
• Monitor internal comms landscape and adopt new tools and practices to boost engagement.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Lead editorial and operational special projects as needed.
• Support external executive communications as required.
