Job summary

EY is seeking an accomplished Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead messaging for Talent, Operations and Finance. You’ll translate business priorities into clear, consistent communications, working across Consulting and Brand, Marketing & Communications to align leaders and employees.

With 8–10 years of executive communications experience, you’ll guide leaders, develop materials, FAQs and cascade tools, and ensure discipline in planning and delivery across

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications tailored to different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through effective planning, governance and execution.
• Serve as the communications partner to stakeholders across Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives.
• Shape leader messaging and engagement strategies that equip leaders to communicate with clarity, credibility and consistency across audiences.
• Execute communications plans supporting Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key messages.
• Develop core messaging, FAQs, cascade materials and supporting content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Translate complex business, operational and people-related topics into accessible, actionable communications.
• Support adoption and engagement efforts by reinforcing key messages across multiple touchpoints and channels.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications supporting people, operational and business priorities.
• Maintain a high standard of written quality, consistency and message discipline.
• Adapt communications to reflect evolving priorities and leadership feedback.
• Monitor engagement and feedback related to Talent, Operations and Finance communications.
• Partner with team members to incorporate insights into future communications and content development.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen understanding, engagement and message effectiveness.
