Job summary

EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead internal communications for Talent, Operations, and Finance initiatives. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, drive engagement, and partner with leaders across Consulting and BMC to ensure coherent communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; typically no less than 8–10 years experience in executive/internal communications.
• Masters degree preferred; experience with senior leaders and enterprise initiatives is a plus.
• Experience in change management and employee engagement principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for varied audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives and governance.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications.
• Monitor engagement and feedback and iterate communications accordingly.
• Collaborate with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to drive alignment.
