Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their unique protection requirements.
Craft comprehensive insurance strategies that align with the long-term goals of families and business owners.
Participate in local Owings Mills community events to foster connections and represent our agency values.
Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure coverage remains relevant as client circumstances evolve.
Collaborate with our internal support team to streamline policy issuance and client service requests.
Maintain an accurate record of client interactions to ensure timely follow-up and high satisfaction rates.
Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Advanced understanding of risk assessment and insurance underwriting principles.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for community outreach.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
