The Atlantic District, based in Denton, Maryland, seeks an Agency Executive to nurture client relationships, develop tailored insurance strategies, and lead community engagement. The role emphasizes authentic service, education, and long-term client partnerships in the Delmarva region.

You will mentor staff, explain complex products clearly, and help communities protect their futures and local businesses as they grow. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty license.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation.
• In-depth understanding of local insurance market trends in the Delmarva region.
• Experience managing a book of business and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build long-term community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with local business owners and families to assess their unique coverage needs.
• Develop custom protection strategies that go beyond standardized policies to offer real peace of mind.
• Review existing client accounts to ensure coverage remains relevant and effective as their lives evolve.
• Engage with the Denton community through local events and networking to increase our presence and accessibility.
• Mentor junior staff members to foster a culture of shared knowledge and collective success.
• Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of complex insurance products to empower our clients to make informed decisions.
