The Atlantic District, based in Elkton, Maryland, seeks an Agency Executive to lead local growth, client advisory, and community relations. You will own the Elkton presence, guide policy strategies, and drive client satisfaction through strong, hands-on leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in insurance account management, a Maryland P&C license, and a knack for building trusted relationships with families and businesses in the community.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance accounts or driving sales growth.
• Strong command of local Elkton market dynamics.
• Ability to manage daily office operations with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our local client base and enhance brand presence in Elkton.
• Review existing policy portfolios to ensure clients have the right protection as their lives change.
• Provide expert guidance on complex coverage matters, acting as a reliable advisor for local families and businesses.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with local community members and business leaders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify new service offerings that add real value to our policyholders.
