Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania property & casualty license.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client advisory roles.
• Demonstrable history of managing a growing book of business.
• Fluency in modern insurance management software and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
