Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an HVAC Controls Project Management Leader to guide a portfolio of major construction programs across campus facilities, labs, and critical spaces. You will serve as the subject-matter expert on commissioning, quality assurance, and operational readiness for infrastructure deployment.

Lead the campus PMO, ensuring governance, controls, and timely reporting to executives. Travel to multiple sites is expected; strong communication with stakeholders and vendors is essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, architecture, business management, or related field.
• 15+ years of project or program management on large-scale capital construction (min $10M per project).
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, labs, cleanrooms, or data centers.
