Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, HR or a related field.
• Strong orientation and experience in project management; apply discipline and process orientation to the work.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and determine where to focus given competing demands.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Corporate HR VP to assist in planning strategic priorities and support quick-turn requests.
• Plan, design and support all Corporate HR key meetings including off-site meetings and All Hands.
• Create executive level presentations for the HRVP to support strategic priorities.
• Leverage systems and apply data analytics to problem solve.
• Collaborate with the Corporate OE team to drive program initiatives and leadership development nominations.
