Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with HRBP exposure at senior levels.
• Ability to link business strategy to people and organizational solutions.
• Experience in workforce planning, org design, succession and development.
• Strong executive presence, commercial judgment and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of compensation, employee relations, employment law and HR operating models.
• Analytical skills to interpret workforce data and inform decisions.
• Strong Workday skills, incl. org changes, data, reporting and workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/engineering/tech or project-driven groups.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executive Partnership and Business Strategy: Advise on organization design, leadership effectiveness and operating model evolution.
• Talent, Succession and Leadership: Lead reviews and development for critical roles with clear actions.
• Organization Effectiveness and Change: Lead reorganizations, change initiatives and stakeholder planning.
• Performance, Rewards and Employee Relations: Guide performance, rewards and policy adherence.
• Execution, Analytics and HR Delivery: Establish a people dashboard and ensure disciplined HR delivery.
