Job summary

Lummus Technology is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Houston, TX. This role partners with senior leaders, translating business priorities into integrated workforce, organization, leadership and talent strategies to strengthen execution and enable growth.

The successful candidate combines commercial acumen with data-driven insight, delivering across organizational effectiveness, succession planning, workforce planning, performance, employee relations and change

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner work.
Strong ability to connect business strategy with people solutions and executive coaching.
Experience leading workforce planning, organization design, talent reviews and change initiatives.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people priorities and workforce plans.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development for the CBO organization.
Drive organization effectiveness, change management and workforce analytics to enable growth and accountability.
Coach leaders on performance management, talent differentiation and employee relations with sound judgment.
Collaborate with HR peers on compensation, HR operations and talent acquisition to deliver integrated solutions.
Establish dashboards and governance for workforce metrics and data-informed decision making.
