The HRBP will drive leadership development and performance management practices while promoting our culture across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of HR experience and a proven track record in technology sectors.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $165–190k with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of HR experience, with at least five years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong familiarity with employment law and HR compliance.
• Ability to operate with discretion and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Technology Officer and leadership team.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Champion the company culture within the Technology organization.
