Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader HR to lead a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders, advising store leaders on people strategies and development. You’ll drive guest-centric service and organizational change on the sales floor, partnering with leadership to strengthen store performance.

You will read financial data, manage talent, and champion diversity and inclusion while coaching leaders to excellence in customer service and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable.
• Ability to read financial reporting and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach HR team, delivering guest-centric service and coaching expectations.
