Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader Human Resources to lead HR strategies and support store leaders in building a guest-centric team. You will coach, develop and deploy inclusive talent programs, and influence across levels to improve guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience, model, train, and coach expectations to deliver the service standard.
