HHS is seeking a Director of Housekeeping for Resorts to lead and elevate our housekeeping operations across multiple properties. You will oversee daily leadership, staffing, inspections, and guest satisfaction initiatives to ensure premier service and safety standards.

Collaborate with executive leadership to set goals, manage budgets, and implement quality control programs. The role requires a hands-on approach, strategic oversight, and a strong focus on team development and operational

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hospitality management experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish (nice to have).
