Job summary

HHS is seeking a Director of Housekeeping, Resorts to lead a goal-oriented housekeeping department in a resort environment. You will build a collaborative team focused on quality, guest satisfaction, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in hospitality management, a flexible schedule, and the ability to hire and develop staff. Relocation opportunities are available for advancement and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality management experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
