HHS is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping for Resorts to lead a goal‑oriented housekeeping department and foster a positive team culture. No prior housekeeping experience is required, just a willingness to learn and grow into leadership roles.

You will oversee training, scheduling, inspections, and performance coaching to ensure a clean, welcoming guest environment across our resort properties. A strong service mindset and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality management or relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
