Alterra's Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Housekeeping Leader to drive exceptional cleanliness and service standards across the department. You will manage budgets, train and develop staff, and ensure health, safety, and brand compliance, while fostering an empowering and collaborative workplace culture.

With a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, you will lead a large, diverse team and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding experiences for guests and homeowners

Qualifications

• College degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading 15+ employees in hotel operations.
• Proven track record in guest satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control.
• Strong communication with guests, employees, and management.
• Advanced computer literacy in PMS and office software.

Responsibilities

• Leads the housekeeping department to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
• Manages departmental budgets, training, and staff development.
