Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising a housekeeping staff of at least 10 employees.
• Four year college degree preferred.
• Strong work ethic and communication abilities with guests and staff.
• English and Spanish language skills preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to ensure service quality.
• Motivate staff and achieve financial, employee, and guest-service goals.
