Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Supervising Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations at Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will coordinate with hotel departments to ensure high service quality and guest satisfaction, while guiding staff to peak performance.

The role requires a minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising a housekeeping staff of at least 10 employees.
• Four-year college degree preferred; hospitality experience valued.
• Strong communication with guests, staff and management.
• Proven ability to manage time, deadlines and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Housekeeper administer and oversee housekeeping operations.
• Coordinates activities with other key departments to ensure quality service.
• Motivates staff to achieve efficiency and productivity.
• Accountable for financial, employee, and guest service goals of the department.
