Job summary

Juniper Springs Resort in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role manages budgets, training, and compliance with safety and brand standards.

You'll collaborate across departments to enhance the guest experience and maintain a positive, efficient workplace culture, guided by core values of empowerment and collaboration.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred); equivalent progressive hotel operations experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel leadership role of at least 15 employees.
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores, operational efficiency, and cost controls.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, employees, and management.
• Advanced computer literacy (property management systems, scheduling software, inventory control, Word, Excel and Outlook).
• California State Driver’s License (required).
• New residents from outside California must obtain a California driver’s license within 10 days of establishing residency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and infection control (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads the housekeeping department to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards, while managing departmental budgets, training and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Collaborates across departments to enhance the overall guest experience and maintain a positive, efficient workplace culture.
