Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional hospitality. You will coordinate with hotel departments, motivate staff, and drive efficiency while meeting financial and guest-service goals.

The role requires a four-year degree preferred and at least two years of front-line supervision of a team of 10+. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising a housekeeping staff of at least 10 employees.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees and management.
• Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
• Working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Housekeeper administer and oversee housekeeping operations.
• Coordinates activities with other key departments in hotel to ensure the highest quality of service and hospitality.
• Motivates staff to the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
• Accountable for financial, employee, and guest service goals of the department.
