Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee Snowmass Mountain Lodging and related common areas. You will hire, train, and manage housekeeping staff, ensure proper staffing, and uphold SOPs and service standards to maximise guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include payroll oversight, performance reviews, and developing leadership within the team, with a focus on cost control and training. Strong English and Spanish skills plus hospitality leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent; asset.
• Three years experience as a Housekeeping Manager at an upscale property is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills and ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage and retain all housekeeping employees.
• Ensure staffing levels meet owner, rental guest and common area needs.
• Conduct performance reviews and progressive discipline when needed.
• Coordinate payroll for assigned employees.
• Develop subordinate managers and inspectors through coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Labor requirements and standards.
• Maintain open communication and lead regular employee meetings.
• Oversee adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address issues promptly.
