Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing housekeeping team and set high standards.
• Inspect spaces and ensure Kimpton standards are met.
• Develop efficient processes to improve quality and support team success.
• Manage labor, budgets, inventory, and supplies with accountability.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and Sales to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Champion safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the hotel.
