Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations for two full-service hotels in Ann Arbor, MI. You will lead a team across 307 rooms, ensuring elite cleanliness standards and fostering a guest-focused culture throughout both properties.

The role requires strong training and development of managers and hourly staff, with budget oversight, labor control, and safety compliance. English proficiency is essential; Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience training and developing managers and hourly staff.
• Strong communication in English; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail, time management and familiarity with hotel computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct housekeeping for two full-service hotels to maintain guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and associates.
• Manage departmental finances, including budget oversight, labor cost analysis, and inventory controls.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure quality standards.
• Delegate workloads to maximize production while controlling labor and material costs.
• Coordinate with the Managing Director on large projects, including FF&E evaluations and rehab work.
