Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the Housekeeping Department at Residence Inn - Ann Arbor North and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will coordinate housekeeping and laundry activities, monitor safety, manage schedules, and support the General Manager with payroll, forecasts, and inventory. Strong leadership and guest-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus.
• Supervising experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and counsel employees and promote morale.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Ensure uniform, name tags, and professional appearance.
• Assist GM with payroll, overtime, scheduling, and forecasts.
• Manage inventories, reports, and departmental budgets.
• Inspect rooms daily for cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and review guest satisfaction.
