The role manages staff, trains, schedules, and enforces safety and quality control, while coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma usually required; hospitality degree an advantage.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial housekeeping role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Leadership to motivate a diverse team.
• Familiarity with industry cleaning standards and best practices.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing: recruit, train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Establish and enforce cleaning standards and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate purchasing.
• Address guest complaints and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments and front desk for room status and issues.
